NP IP, Ltd., commonly referred to as (“NP IP”) acquires post investigation and valuation, complete ownership of technology subject to underlying royalties, related to shelter, sustenance, power, and water for deployment on a humanitarian basis through its parent International Infrastructure Company, Ltd. Toward this objective NP IP maintains intellectual property, testing, certification, and deployment relationships across Great Britain, North America, Europe, GCC, and Asia. In this regard NPIP coordinates with its affiliates TRK, Ltd. and TRAWW, Ltd. These relationships, informed by infrastructure, capacity and experience allow NP IP to remain an integral part of the mezzanine technology acquisition supply-chain. Further, these relationships allow NP IP to provide sovereign counterparties with practical goal-oriented solutions (SIC 70299). NP IP’s pending capitalization will provide the Company with the ability to further source intellectual property acquisitions, while exploiting deployment and licensing opportunities. NP IP, as a counterparty principal conducts each transaction in conformity with our mission statement and unerringly ethical standards.
